And I want to be paid for my own financial freedom. Often in contemplation about how to show up and be present for these workers.
Caitlin, YES to all of this. It reminds me of clinical work in the sense of asking myself, "Who is my client here?" I want the workers to see self-care in the ecosystem of labour so they can begin creating space to impact that system, ideally.
